How to create your personalized sticker labels?

  • STEP 1: Choose a sticker size that will be perfect for your things. You can choose from 4 sizes: Small, Regular, Medium and Large
  • STEP 2: Type name and other details (for medium and large) you wish to place on your sticker. Note the maximum characters that fit perfectly on the stickers. Although if the names you wish to place seem too long, we try to make it fit.
  • STEP 3: Choose the color
  • STEP 4: Choose the font
  • STEP 5: Add to cart. You can order more stickers by clicking on “Continue Shopping” or click on “Checkout” if you wish to proceed with payment.
  • STEP 6: Upon clicking “Checkout” you will be directed to sign as existing user, register as a new user or continue as guest.
  • STEP 7: Once registered you will have to enter your account, delivery and payment details.
  • STEP 8: After which, you will go through paypal process if paying through a paypal account or credit card. If you wish to make s bank deposit, follow steps required.
  • STEP 9: Once payment is made, you just have to wait for 3 to 5 days for your stickers to arrive at your doorstep.

How can I apply the stickers?

  • Not necessarily, the size you will see will depend on your screen size and resolution settings. Check the product description for the actual label size.

How long will it take?

  • It will take 3 to 5 working days upon confirmed payment of your sticker.

How much does it cost?

  • Delivery cost depends on your area and quantity of sticker packs ordered.  Please see table for the computed delivery cost per area and per quantity.

How can I track my order?

  • Once you have placed your order and your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email from us. This dispatch email will contain your way-bill number. The way-bill number is also your tracking number. To track go to http://www.cliqnship.com/.
  • Please note that you can only start to track your order once the order has been dispatched and we have sent you a dispatch email.

Do you offer express delivery?

  • Yes. Upon payment you can have your stickers arrive after 1 to 2 days with additional payment of Php100 per transaction.

Do you delivery internationally?

  • We currently do not offer international delivery.

Who do you use for delivery?

  • We have stickers delivered through a third party courier, cliqnship or LBC.

Can I pick up my order?

  • Sorry, all stickers are for delivery only.

What if I am not home during delivery?

  • If you are not home, please leave an authorization letter to anyone you can entrust to receive your stickers.

  • If you don't want to pay using your credit card over the Internet, that's not a problem. You can still submit your order over the Internet safely by choosing to pay by bank deposit.

Will my order be delayed if I don't use a credit card?

  • Yes. There will be some delay as we will have to wait for you to manually deposit your payment and e-mail the deposit slip. Once your payment has been cleared, we will mark your order as paid and it will be printed. If you’re in a hurry, we recommend using an instant payment method such as credit card or PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order?

  • We like to start making your order as quickly as possible so it is often too late to make any changes. It's best to be careful to check your order before submitting the payment. If you do need to make a change, please contact us urgently with your order number and if it has not yet started in production we may be able to make the changes.

  • No, you can continue shopping online as a guest. However, it is best to  have a registered account for easier and faster processing  for your next orders.

What is the status of my order?

Returns and Refunds

If a printing error was made by Ohmylabels, we will happily offer to reprint them at our cost.

  • If you made a mistake when ordering personalized products through our website or if you changed your mind, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.  So please, double check your orders before confirming your orders.
